Alurco

Terms of Service

Version 1 · Effective 28 Oct 2026
In case of any difference, the Indonesian version prevails.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of Alurco, the online business management software at alurco.com, api.alurco.com and the Alurco mobile apps (the "Service"), provided by Alurco ("Alurco", "we", "us").

By creating an account or using the Service, you agree to these Terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you use the Service for a company or other organisation, you confirm that you may accept these Terms on its behalf.

1. Definitions

  • Account: your personal login (email and password).
  • Company: a business workspace in the Service. Each Company's data is kept separate from every other Company.
  • Customer: the organisation that created or owns a Company.
  • Member: a person with access to a Company, with a role given by the Customer.
  • Customer Data: all data entered into or created in a Company, such as employees, attendance, claims, assets, stock, purchasing, finance, documents and files.
  • Plan: the package that applies to a Company (Free or Paid).

2. Accounts

  1. Give accurate information and keep your password secret. You are responsible for activity under your Account.
  2. Tell us immediately at [email protected] if you suspect unauthorised use.
  3. You must be at least 18 years old, or of legal age where you live, to create an Account.
  4. One person, one Account. Accounts may not be shared.

3. Companies and review

  1. The person who creates a Company becomes its owner and represents the Customer.
  2. New Companies are reviewed before they can be used. We may ask for information or decline a Company, for example when its business details cannot be verified.
  3. The Customer decides who becomes a Member and which role each Member has, and is responsible for how its Members use the Service.

4. Plans and fees

  1. Free Plan. A Company may use the Service free of charge for up to 10 (ten) employees. An employee is any employee record in the Company that has not been deleted, whether or not the person has a login.
  2. Paid Plan. A Company with more than 10 (ten) employees needs a Paid Plan. Prices, billing periods and payment methods are shown in the Service or agreed in writing before you are charged. Without a Paid Plan, the Service does not allow more than 10 employees.
  3. Add-on modules (for example Project Management or Translation) may be offered separately, including as a trial. Their price and duration are stated when they are activated.
  4. Fees exclude taxes unless stated otherwise. Paid fees are not refundable, unless the law requires it or we agree otherwise in writing.
  5. We give at least 30 days' notice of price changes, by email or in the Service. New prices apply from the next billing period.
  6. Donations through the Service are voluntary. They support the Service and do not buy a Plan or any service.

5. Customer Data

  1. Ownership. The Customer owns its Customer Data. We claim no ownership of it.

  2. No sale of data. We will never sell, rent or trade Customer Data or personal data, and we do not share it with third parties for their marketing.

  3. How we use data. You allow us to process and study Customer Data and usage data to:

    • provide, maintain, secure and support the Service;
    • understand how the Service is used, fix problems, and improve and develop features;
    • produce aggregated or de-identified statistics that do not identify the Customer or any person.

    Our staff access Customer Data only when needed for these purposes, for example to answer a support ticket, and are bound by confidentiality.

  4. Storage period. Customer Data is stored on Alurco's servers for as long as the Company uses the Service, then as described in section 10.

  5. Customer's responsibility. The Customer is the controller of its employees' personal data under Law No. 27 of 2022 on Personal Data Protection. It is responsible for having a lawful basis and giving the required notices. Alurco processes that data on the Customer's behalf.

  6. Disclosure required by law. We may disclose data when the law or a binding order of a competent authority requires it. Where allowed, we inform the Customer first.

6. Acceptable use

You must not:

  • break the law, or store or send unlawful, infringing or harmful content;
  • access another Company's data, or try to get around security, permissions or Plan limits;
  • probe, scan or test the Service for weaknesses without our written permission;
  • overload the Service, or use automated access beyond normal use of the published API;
  • resell, rent or sublicense the Service without our written agreement;
  • upload malware or files you have no right to share.

7. Security and availability

  1. We protect the Service with measures such as encrypted connections, encrypted app payloads, access control per Company and role, activity logging and backups.
  2. We aim to keep the Service available but do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Maintenance may cause short interruptions; we announce planned maintenance in advance when we can.
  3. If a personal data breach occurs, we inform the affected Customers without undue delay, as the law requires.
  4. Incidents caused by others. Alurco and its personnel are not liable for any loss, leak or misuse of data caused by:
    • unlawful acts of third parties, such as hacking, malware or other attacks, provided that Alurco has applied reasonable security measures for the risk;
    • incidents at the third-party providers in section 8 that are outside Alurco's control;
    • the Customer, its Members or other users, for example shared or leaked passwords, compromised devices, or data they shared, downloaded or exported themselves.
  5. Section 7.4 applies to the extent permitted by law. It does not remove our duty to report a breach (section 7.3), nor our liability for our own wilful misconduct or gross negligence.

8. Third-party services

The Service uses providers for hosting and storage, networking, email delivery and payments (see the Privacy Policy). Payments are processed by the payment provider; we do not store card or bank credentials.

9. Intellectual property

The Service, its software, design and documentation belong to Alurco or its licensors. You receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service while you use it under these Terms. We may use feedback you give to improve the Service, with no obligation to you.

10. Suspension and termination

  1. The Customer may stop using the Service at any time by emailing [email protected].
  2. We may suspend or close an Account or Company that breaches these Terms, does not pay fees that are due, or puts the Service or others at risk. Where reasonable, we give notice first.
  3. After termination the Company is closed:
    • the Customer may ask for an export of its Customer Data within 30 days;
    • after that, we delete the Customer Data from our active systems within 90 days;
    • copies in backups are overwritten in the normal backup cycle;
    • data the law requires us to keep, such as financial records, is kept only for the period the law requires.
  4. Sections 5, 9, 11, 12 and 14 continue to apply after termination.

11. Disclaimer

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". Reports, calculations (for example tax, overtime or depreciation) and templates support your work but do not replace professional accounting, tax or legal advice. You remain responsible for your business decisions and for checking results before relying on them.

12. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for:

  • indirect or consequential losses, or loss of profit, revenue or data;
  • the incidents described in section 7.4.

Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

13. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms. Each version has a number and an effective date, and you will be asked to accept the new version in the Service. Material changes are announced at least 14 days before they take effect, unless the law or security requires sooner. If you do not accept a new version, you may stop using the Service.

14. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Indonesia. The parties will first try to settle any dispute amicably within 30 days. If that fails, the dispute is settled by the competent District Court in Jakarta, unless the parties agree otherwise in writing.

15. Language

These Terms are available in English and Indonesian, with the same meaning. In accordance with Law No. 24 of 2009, the Indonesian version prevails if there is any difference.
