One account in several companies
Accept invitations, switch companies, choose a default company and leave a company.
One account can be a member of several companies, for example a consultant who helps two businesses. In each company you have your own role.
Accepting an invitation
- A company admin invites your email. You receive an invitation email.
- Sign in to Alurco. The invitation list appears (or open the profile menu → Invitations).
- Choose Accept or Decline.
An invitation is valid for 7 days. After that, ask the admin to send it again.
Switching companies
Pick the company in the company picker (top of the screen). The menu changes to your role in that company. No need to sign in again.
Default company
The default company opens first after you sign in. Change it in the profile menu → My companies → Make default.
Leaving a company
Profile menu → My companies → Leave. The last owner of a company cannot leave; hand the owner role to someone else first.
Note: for now one account can be linked to an employee record in one company only. In a second company, employee features (your own attendance and claims) cannot be used yet.
