Base salaries

Menu Personnel → Salaries. This data is sensitive: give this menu only to HR or finance.

• Each salary change is stored as a new row with an effective date, so the history stays complete.
• The salary used for overtime is the latest one effective on the overtime date.
• Base salaries are only needed when the overtime rate uses the Government mode (PP 35/2021). See Overtime.
