Overtime
Overtime rules, requesting overtime, manager approval, and pay calculation (FLAT or PP 35/2021).
For admins: overtime rules

| FLAT | The rate per job grade you set | rate × hours |
| Government | Base salary ÷ 173 (base salaries) | Working days: 1.5× the first hour, 2× after. Holidays: 2×, 3×, 4× as set by PP 35/2021 |
For employees: requesting overtime
Menu Attendance → My Overtime.
- Check eligibility: if your position level is not included, the request button is not available.
- Enter the date, start time, end time and reason. An end time earlier than the start means past midnight.
- Send. Your direct manager receives the request.
Request rules:
- the date can be 7 days back up to 30 days ahead;
- on a working day, the time must be outside working hours;
- it may not overlap your other requests;
- the weekly total may not exceed the limit.
While it is pending, the request can be cancelled.
For managers: approving
Your team's requests appear in the notification bell and in Attendance → Overtime. Approve, or reject with a note. Nobody can approve their own request.
Paid hours
Paid hours = the overlap of the approved overtime with the attendance (in–out), at most the planned time and the daily limit. Below the minimum length nothing is paid. The pay is recalculated if that day's attendance changes.
Monthly report
Overtime → Report shows the total overtime hours and pay per employee for a month, as input for payroll. Lines without a rate or salary are counted as "not calculated".
