Welcome to Alurco
A short overview of Alurco, the terms used in this guide, and where to start reading.
Alurco is an online ERP for companies: employees, attendance, expense claims, assets, warehouses, purchasing, finance, projects, letters and legal requests in one place. This guide explains every feature step by step.
Four things to understand
| Term | Meaning |
|---|---|
| Account | Your login (email + password). One account can be used in several companies |
| Company | Your business in Alurco. All data (employees, documents, finance) belongs to one company and is never visible to other companies |
| Role | A set of permissions in one company: which menus are visible and which buttons may be used |
| Employee | Someone's HR record (employee number, position, manager). Different from an account: there are employees without a login, and accounts that are not employees (an external accountant, for example) |
An account has one role per company. The menu on the left follows that role, so two people may see different menus.
Where to start
- Create an account and create a company.
- Follow the steps after your company is approved: a full checklist for company owners.
- Read the guides of the features you use, from the menu on the left.
Tip: every guide page has a table of contents on the right. Use the search box to find words like "overtime" or "VAT".
Data security
- Each company's data is separated. Users of other companies can never see your data.
- Permissions are checked on the server for every action, not only by hiding buttons.
- Passwords are never sent by email.
