Organization chart

Menu Personnel → Organization, Chart view.

What it shows

• Unit heads: filled, vacant, inactive, or without an assignment.
• Planned positions: the planned number of people per unit and position, compared with those filled: vacant, over, full, or unplanned.
• Manager check: each employee's manager is compared with the head of their unit (or of the unit above). Result: matches, missing, different, manager inactive, or top of the organization.
• Unassigned: active employees without an assignment.

The Issues panel sums everything up in one list to fix.

Planning positions

Choose a unit → Planned positions → add positions and the planned headcount. Requires update on the Organization menu.

A different manager is only a warning. Deliberate matrix reporting can stay.

Employee names are visible only within your data scope on the Employees menu; the rest are shown as counts.
