QR labels

Printing

• Assets: Asset Register → choose assets → Print label (needs print permission).
• Storage: Warehouses & Storage → choose → Print label.

Up to 200 labels at a time.

Scanning

Scan with a phone camera. The link opens Alurco; sign in when asked. Alurco switches to the label's company and opens the page:

• asset: for people who may view the asset register, and for the asset's holder;
• storage: for people who may view stock. Its contents are shown, including the assets kept there.

Safe

The label content is encrypted: it reveals nothing to anyone else and cannot be changed to point at other data. People without permission only see "not found".
