Create a company
Enter your company details, wait for the review, and correct the data if it is rejected.
The person who creates a company automatically becomes its owner. The owner is not necessarily an employee: an employee record for yourself can be created later.
Step 1 — Enter the company details

Press Save. In one step Alurco prepares:
- your company, with the status Waiting for review;
- starter roles: Owner, Admin, Employee, Director, Finance Staff, Finance Manager;
- starter data: organization unit types, positions, job grades, example claim categories and a tax list (0 %);
- standard document number formats.
Free plan: one account can own one company on the Free plan. A company under review counts too, so correct that company rather than creating a new one.
Step 2 — Wait for the review
The Alurco team reviews every new company before it can be used. While you wait:
- you receive a "company registration received" email;
- the company menus cannot be opened yet;
- the company details can still be changed without losing your place in the queue.

| Approved | A "company approved" email. Next time you sign in you go straight to the dashboard |
| Rejected | An email with the reason, for example that the tax number does not match the legal name |
Step 3 — If rejected: correct and resubmit
- Sign in. The review page shows the reason.
- Correct the details accordingly.
- Save. The company is submitted for review again automatically.
Once approved, continue with the steps after your company is approved.
