Purchase requests
Create a purchase request, submit it, multi-level approval, and printing.
Menu Procurement → Purchase Requests. Every employee can create requests for themselves.
Step 1 — Create the request
Add 1–100 lines: a stock item, or free text with a unit, plus quantity and estimated price. The total is calculated automatically. Save as a draft.
Step 2 — Submit
On submission the number of approval levels is set from the total (approval rules). When rules exist but none applies, the request is approved at once.
Step 3 — Approval
- Levels are decided in order by that level's approver role. The Waiting for my approval list and the notification bell show what you can decide now.
- The requester cannot decide their own request, and one person can approve only one level.
- A rejection needs a reason and ends the request.
